With a decade of hands-on experience in the intralogistics industry at KNAPP, I founded this consulting firm to bring a fresh perspective to industry challenges.

After having worked internationally for a decade at a leading global material handling supplier, where I held a managerial role in software engineering, I’ve seen the ins and outs of this field throughout 70+ projects. My work spanned the entire lifecycle of projects—from engineering and development to implementation, ramp-up, and post-project support across various industries.

In 2024, I pursued my vision and founded Arete as an independent consulting firm. I realized I could do even more for the industry by focusing on the client side, working closely with customers to address the issues that frequently arise between clients and suppliers. I’ve developed a passion for streamlining these processes, and my extensive experience allows me to avoid the common pitfalls that too many companies face.
